DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed, Squidlydids for Kids will dispatch your items within 3 working days via Australia Post. If we are unable to send your items due to circumstances out of our control you will be notified via email or phone.  Delivery of goods usually takes between 2 and 10 working days, depending on where it is being sent. 
Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address. Squidlydids for Kids takes no responsibility for items lost due to the supply of an incorrect address.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
We do not deliver outside of Australia

Refund / Exchange

We  strive to provide you with products that are of a high quality. We do understand that some times an item may not be the correct size or colour. If this is the  case please follow the our returns procedure below within 7 days of purchase.  However please choose carefuly as we will not exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.

1. Before returning item please call or email to let us know and to make arrangements for what you would like to do.
2. Return your product within 7 days from purchase date, including copy of purchase receipt.
3. Merchandise MUST be unopened, un-used, unwashed, all tags attached and in original packaging.
4. Exchanges should include a self addressed pre-paid envelope/satchel that will fit the required return item. 
5. Original postage is non-refundable.
6. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or not following manufacturer's instructions are not considered faulty.

NOTE: All sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Out of Stock

Because we are also a 'brick and mortar' store, items can some time be sold in-store and online at the same time.  Should this happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to:

• cancel your order
• offer an alternative product
• choose to wait until back in stock
