Once your order has been processed, Squidlydids for Kids will dispatch your items within 3 working days via Australia Post. If we are unable to send your items due to circumstances out of our control you will be notified via email or phone. Delivery of goods usually takes between 2 and 10 working days, depending on where it is being sent.
Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address. Squidlydids for Kids takes no responsibility for items lost due to the supply of an incorrect address.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

We strive to provide you with products that are of a high quality. We do understand that some times an item may not be the correct size or colour. If this is the case please follow the our returns procedure below within 7 days of purchase. However please choose carefuly as we will not exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.
